Hi! We’re Kaitlyn & Jacob and we love to travel! We live in Colorado, a beautiful place to explore nature and call home. In addition to exploring Colorado, we also like to get out of the country and visit different sites and cultures. Our goal is to visit all of the US National Parks and all seven continents. We started this blog to share our travel planning and photography with the world!

We love researching everything possible for each trek we take, making detailed plans for how we will spend our time to maximize our experience. As the name Tranquil Treks suggests, we like our vacations to have time to slow down and relax, but still take in the sites. This makes our itineraries easily adaptable to families with kids as well as those looking for even more adventure.
